Africa Viza has a compliment of experienced personnel, who have been involved in the Hospitality industry at various levels including Tourism Management, Customer Service, Tours & Travel operations. We believe in training our people and regularly at entry level train our personnel on all aspects of our business; intensive product training, business systems training, communication skills training, personal development and leadership training. Through this, we ensure that our clients receive outstanding service.

Departments / Units:
To ensure that all clients are served to their expectation and beyond, and to minimize time and maximize on efficiency, we have set up within our organization the following departments:

1) Inbound
Our Inbound Tours Department is charged and committed to advising you as our customer on your itinerary and quote for any special interest groups and / or individuals. This department deals with Hotel bookings, safaris arrangements, conference arrangements and all other related services within the Eastern Africa region. They keenly study, monitor and offer our esteemed clients existing, new and upcoming products in the region to ensure that all our client’s needs and expectations are met. With a compliment of staff who have been in the industry, we have over years established a good rapport with the hotels / lodges which gives us a bargaining hand on both rates and availability.

2) Outbound
This department deals entirely with clients who have interest in regions outside the Eastern Africa. Over years, we have operated Incentive trips for some of the major corporate bodies to Southern Africa, Egypt, Asia & Europe. We also specialize on pilgrimages to the Holy land for many people of different faiths and religions. Sample too our exiting and breathtaking honeymoon packages to idyllic and romantic destinations – from the powder white sand beaches of the Indian ocean islands, to the little known and hidden jewels of the world, the choice is endless. We work in partnership with the finest operators and suppliers across the globe to ensure that our legacy is held up high.

3) Transport
Africa Viza offers its clients effective car hire with the best service at unbeatable prices. We have and manage a large fleet of vehicles in Kenya, which we offer on self drive basis or chauffer driven. These range from 4WDs, minibuses, and saloon cars to fully blown safari vehicles. We regularly renew our fleet for reliability

Our vehicles are fitted with High Frequency radios to maintain contact while on safari even in the remotest parts of Africa, a service that our clients have come to appreciate very much.  Our professional driver / guides have a wide experience in the Tourism industry gained over years.

Other services under this department include tours transport, airport transfers, conferences transport and projects transport.

4) Ticketing
This is a fully fledged department that deals with airline ticket sales, charter flights bookings and any other related services. We are on Galileo Group Distribution Service (GDS), which enables us to access availability and airfares for all airlines around the world at a touch of a button! We too have negotiated special / discounted fares with airlines and keep up-to-date info from the airlines for quick reference.

5) Marketing
The marketing department is charged with defining the right product, and positioning our products and services in the market, and making sure that the company stays ahead of competition in both quality and price.

6) Accounts
We have a computerized book keeping system to ensure that all your finances are properly managed.
